Denise Roche to the Minister of Internal Affairs (03 May 2012): Has The Trusts Charitable Foundation Ltd and Trusts Charitable Foundation Inc been licenced, re licenced or granted a section 57 amendment to their licence since the investigation into TTCF’s West Auckland office began in January 2009, and if so on what dates and who authorized each licence or amendment?
Hon Chris Tremain (Minister of Internal Affairs) replied: Licensing decisions are the responsibility of the Secretary for Internal Affairs.
