Moana Mackey to the Minister of Housing (Acting) (18 Mar 2010): Does Housing New Zealand have a system to track the hours worked by consultants, and if so, how many hours have been logged by consultants working on the Enterprise Transformation Programme and what has been the cost to date of this work?
