6206 (2012). Hon Ruth Dyson to the Minister Responsible for the Earthquake Commission (08 Aug 2012): What information regarding land remediation will be given to owners and residents of damaged land and properties in the Port Hills within the next month, 3 months and 6 months?
Hon Gerry Brownlee (Minister Responsible for the Earthquake Commission) replied: EQC intends to provide repair strategy information with the accompanying cash settlement to customers, where repair is appropriate. These property specific land damage information packs are progressively being released from 13 August 2012.
