6876 (2009). Jeanette Fitzsimons to the Minister for the Environment (26 May 2009): On what date will the Minister release a discussion document for submissions on a National Policy Statement (NPS) on Biodiversity, pursuant to clause 2(e) of the Climate Change Response (Targets) Notice 2008?
Hon Dr Nick Smith (Minister for the Environment) replied: I have not given thought to the process for developing a National Policy Statement on Biodiversity at this stage.
