2374 (2010). Su'a William Sio to the Minister of Customs (17 Mar 2010): How many fulltime NZ Customs Service staff across the country were on duty for the month of February 2010?
Hon Maurice Williamson (Minister of Customs) replied: The following table details the number of full time staff on duty across the country: Month Staff on Duty July 2009 1056 August 2009 1053 September 2009 1050 October 2009 1051 November 2009 1054 December 2009 1053 January 2010 1046 February 2010 1049 These figures exclude staff on leave without pay, parental leave, paid leave for the entire month, those only paid a retainer or consultation payment, those who are not paid by Customs – Chief Executive, Secondments from other departments, or contractors not on Customs payroll system.
