Hon Paula Bennett (Minister for Social Development) replied: I am advised that information of the qualification level clients were studying at in 2009, 2010 and 2011 who were in receipt of a Training Incentive Allowance is not collated centrally but instead held on each client’s individual file. I am not prepared to ask the Ministry to commit the substantial resources required to collate the requested information. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 3977 and 3979 (2012).
