Keith Locke to the Minister for Food Safety (10 Feb 2010): How many over the past two years, in accord with legislation governing their activities, have Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines (AVCM) officers entered and searched any place and in the process created a forensic copy of material located on a computer located in the premises; and how many prosecutions have resulted from this?
Hon Kate Wilkinson (Minister for Food Safety) replied: Over the last two years there have been no instances where Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines officers have executed search warrants and in the process created a forensic copy of material located on a computer located on the premises.
