3918 (2012). Hon David Parker to the Minister for Land Information (09 May 2012): How many applications from overseas persons to invest in sensitive New Zealand dairy farm land did the Minister decline in each of the last 5 years and 2012 because they did not satisfy Section 16(e)(ii) of the Overseas Investment Act 2005?
Hon Maurice Williamson (Minister for Land Information) replied: There is no such section under the Overseas Investment Act. If the member wishes to check his statute again he may be able to find the correct provision.
