2127 (2010). Hon Shane Jones to the Minister of Agriculture (12 Mar 2010): What changes, if any, did he make to the criteria for funding from the Community Irrigation Fund?
Hon David Carter (Minister of Agriculture) replied: In 2009, I expanded the scope of the Community Irrigation Fund beyond grants only to community irrigation schemes to provide grants for local government-led water strategies. Separate criteria were developed for water strategies.
