Jan Logie to the Minister of Education (11 May 2012): How many students are enrolled in training programmes at level 2 or 3, who did not start with NCEA level minimum standards for literacy and numeracy, have not achieved any literacy and numeracy credits within 18 months of being enrolled in the programme?
