Hon ANNE TOLLEY (Deputy Leader of the House) : Next week the House is in a 1-week adjournment. When the House resumes on Tuesday, 12 June the Government will look to progress a number of first and second readings on the Order Paper and to conclude the Budget debate. Wednesday is a members’ day.

Hon TREVOR MALLARD (Labour—Hutt South) : I want to thank the acting Leader of the House for that. Can she tell us when it is the Government’s intention to make further progress in the House on the sale of assets legislation and on the alcohol legislation?

Hon ANNE TOLLEY (Deputy Leader of the House) : To my knowledge, firstly, there is no such legislation called that. But I think the bill the member is referring to is still in the select committee.
