Acts and regulations are available online through the New Zealand Legislation website. Acts are bills that have been passed by Parliament and have received the Royal assent. Regulations are not actions of the Parliament. Regulations are a lawmaking action made under the delegated authority of an Act.
Supplementary Order Papers (SOPs) set out printed amendments to a bill. They may be in the name of a member or a Minister. An SOP may also set out how it is proposed to divide a bill. Supplementary Order Papers
