The Bill as introduced is described in Bills Digest No 1573.

Main changes to the Bill

New Schedule 1A inserted

The Select Committee has recommended that the new Schedule 1A be inserted into the Act rather than "added " to it. The Bill is amended to include the insertion of that Schedule as a clause (New Clause 7; amendments to the Schedule of the Bill (inserting Schedule 1A into the Act)).

Comment

This is the correct manner of amending the Act.
