Appropriation (2002/03 Financial Review) Bill

This Appropriation Bill sanctions Public Finance (Transfers Between Outputs) Order 2003 (SR 2003/138), confirms expenses incurred for the 2002/03 financial year in excess of, or without, appropriation by Parliament but with the approval of the Minister of Finance, and validates unappropriated expenses incurred for the 2002/03 financial year.
