Judicial Matters Bill

The purpose of the bill is to introduce measures aimed at maintaining and enhancing public confidence in the Judiciary. The principal provision is the establishment of the office of the Judicial Conduct Commissioner for receipt and assessment of complaints about the conduct of Judges
