Justices of the Peace Amendment Bill

This Bill contains proposals for the training, discipline, and retirement of Justices of the Peace. It provides for a standardised training regime for newly-appointed Justices, enables a Justice to be suspended or removed from office on serious grounds, and provides for retired Justices to use the designation "JP (Retired)".
