You can listen to daily and weekly radio programmes about what has happened in Parliament with excerpts from the debates and select committee hearings. These programmes, presented by Tom Frewen, are funded by The Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives. You can also access written reports and material in podcast form through the Parliament Today website (see related links).

Daily radio programmes

Today in Parliament is a 5-minute programme broadcast on Radio Live at around 4.35 pm on House sitting days and 9.50 am on Sundays. The same programme can be heard on Kiwi FM at various times the next morning.

Weekly radio programmes

The Week in Parliament is broadcast on Access Radio at various times from Friday night to Monday morning.

The Week in Parliament: Pacific Edition is broadcast on Radio New Zealand International on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Other stations broadcasting the programmes include Radio Dunedin and Community Access stations.
