House sitting programme for 2010

Parliament will resume sitting on Tuesday 9 February at 2pm and will continue through the year in a general pattern of 3 week sitting periods separated by a one or two week adjournment period. The 2010 sitting programme is always available from the home page of Parliament’s website under the ‘Calendars’ heading.

Once Parliament has resumed you will be able to see what business is coming up in the House by viewing the latest Order Paper or the Business Statement, which covers the next sitting week.

To see the current status of any bill from the 49th Parliament you can view the Progress of legislation schedule of bills.

You can find these items under ‘Parliamentary Business’ or ‘Quick links’ on the Home Page menu.
