MPs’ entitlements: members of the Executive

Members of Parliament who are also members of the Executive have access to other non-cash entitlements as determined by the Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services.

Executive Travel, Accommodation, Attendance, and Communication Services Determination (No 2) 2009 incorporating Amendment Determination 2010

This determination by the Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services determines that the travel, accommodation, attendance, and communications services for members of the Executive are those set out in the document, ‘Travel, Accommodation, Attendance, and Communications Services Available to Members of the Executive’ and signed by the Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services on 22 October 2009. This Determination came into force on 1 November 2009, and replaces the previous Determination made in May 2009. On 28th June 2010 the Minister made an Amendment Determination (SR 2010/187) in respect of travel and accommodation entitlements during the Rugby World Cup period (1 September to 31 October 2011). The reprint available for download consolidates the Amendment Determination into the principal Determination for ease of reference.

Travel, Accommodation, Attendance, and Communications Services available to Members of the Executive

This document, dated 22 October 2009, sets out the additional travel, accommodation, attendance and communications services entitlements that are available to members of the Executive. It has been updated to include the amendments in respect of the Rugby World Cup period (1 September to 31 October 2011) made by the Amendment Determination 2010. Refer to clauses 3.3A and 4.6A.
