2503 (2010). Hon Darren Hughes to the Minister of Transport (19 Mar 2010): Has he decided that the Government will not underwrite the estimated $15m that KiwiRail needs to upgrade and reopen the Stratford to Okahukura line?
Hon Steven Joyce (Minister of Transport) replied: All further funding decisions on KiwiRail are part of the Budget 2010 process.
