Rt Hon Winston Peters to the Associate Minister of Tertiary Education (29 Jun 2012): Further to her answer to Question 4702 (2012), what, if any, academic or departmental source does she cite when stating "it is well known that domestic student numbers are not determined in any way by international student numbers"?
Hon Tariana Turia (Associate Minister of Tertiary Education) replied: The departmental source referred to include the funding rules in respect of domestic students. All funding rules and conditions are publically available on the Tertiary Education Commission’s website at www.tec.govt.nz.
