2508 (2010). David Garrett to the Minister in charge of Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations (19 Mar 2010): Further to the reply to oral question number twelve on Thursday 18 March 2010, what is the "cap limit" for what is paid to Mr Tukoroirangi Morgan by the Office of Treaty Settlements?
Hon Christopher Finlayson (Minister in charge of Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations) replied: Mr Morgan has been providing facilitating advice for Te Pou a Haokai at a maximum of two days per week from December 2009 until the end of Jan 2010. Mr Morgan is also providing facilitation assistance to Te Toko Toru at 15 hours per month until the AIPs are completed with Te Toko Toru Iwi or until 30 June 2010, whichever is earliest.
