Madam SPEAKER: I have much pleasure in informing members that the Honourable Lokubandara, Speaker of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the chair.

  • The Honourable Lokubandara, accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
