It is important for people to feel close to Parliament, and to change the perception that is impenetrable, “stiff”, and arcane.

Actions:

  1. Use innovative technologies to entice more people to be interested – surprise the public.
  2. Produce content to humanise Parliament.
  3. Plan and organise events that connect people with Parliament, and create media opportunities.
