Fresh, healthy food on NZ tables is a primary method of bolstering the nation’s over-all health, especially during times such as this when strong immune systems are required to keep people from succumbing to viral attacks. With crops already in the ground, and meat and fish already processed, these are time-sensitive commodities. These businesses must be allowed to trade, albeit with heightened sanitisation and regulated interaction with customers. This will reduce wastage.
